Our mission
To deliver enterprise software that streamlines how Indian organisations run, with enterprise asset management as the centre of gravity. Every module we build starts from the same question: can the number in this system be defended when somebody asks where it came from.

A generation of Indian enterprises and public institutions that answer an audit query from their systems rather than from their files. Registers that are current by design, evidence attached at the point of capture, and accountability recorded rather than remembered.

MeltX Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Ambegaon Bk, Pune. The platform was designed against Indian statutes and Indian operating conditions: Schedule II depreciation, physical verification across sites with poor connectivity, and procurement that runs through GeM and tender processes.
Product first, not project first
MeltX is a product company that delivers projects, not a services firm that ships whatever is asked for. Twelve modules share one platform and one asset spine, which is why adding a module later is configuration rather than a second integration project.

DPIIT recognised, registered under Startup India and Make in India, MSME registered and listed on the Government e Marketplace. Quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and information security to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

Values are worth nothing as adjectives. These are stated as the things we do and decline to do, so they can be held against us.
Integrity
We do not present partner accounts as our own, publish quotes nobody approved, or claim numbers we cannot evidence. What we say about our work should survive being checked.
Partnership first
Enterprise software is a multi year relationship, not a transaction. We begin engagements with an honest assessment of the data cleanup required, even when that makes the first conversation harder.
Security by default
Role based access, encryption, immutable audit trails and independently audited applications. Security is a property of how the product is built, not a module you switch on.
Scalability
The same platform serves a single campus and a multi state department. Hierarchies, workflows and access are configured to your structure rather than imposed on it.
