The MeltX platform: twelve modules, one asset spine

The MeltX platform is twelve enterprise modules built in Pune on a single shared asset record. The core holds assets, IT and service on that record. The Governance Suite adds oversight modules that read from it. The government track adds statutory workflows only public institutions need. Nothing is stitched together after the fact.

One record, twelve readers

The reason to buy a platform rather than three products is that the record never has to be reconciled between them. Every module below writes to and reads from the same asset.

The questions that decide the platform

The three that decide whether this is a platform purchase or a product purchase.

What does the MeltX platform include?

Twelve modules on one platform. The core is FAM, ITAM and ITSM sharing a single asset record. The Governance Suite adds KYC, property, patch, network, remote and fleet management. The government track adds RTI, demolition and weapons management for public institutions.

Can we start with one module and add others later?

Yes. Most engagements begin with one module, usually FAM or ITAM, and extend once the register is accurate. Because modules share the same records, adding one later is a configuration exercise rather than an integration project between separate systems.

Does MeltX replace our ERP?

No. MeltX sits alongside the finance system rather than replacing it, exchanging asset masters, capitalisation entries and depreciation postings. The ERP remains the book of record for accounting, while MeltX holds the operational and verification detail an ERP asset module does not.
